Aarv Realty is led by Director Arpit Padhiyar, with a vision to bring transparency, trust, and technology to Indian real estate transactions. From our office at Neelyog Aashiyaan 2, Kandivali, we serve home buyers, sellers, and investors across Kandivali West, Borivali West, Goregaon West, Malad West, Borivali East, Dahisar East, Goregaon East, Kandivali East, Malad East, Dahisar West, Andheri West and Borivali.
The name “Aarv” reflects our belief that every family deserves to fulfill their dream of owning a home. We started with a simple principle: treat every client the way we would want our own family to be treated. That principle still guides us today.
